Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, staffing, and resource management to ensure smooth school operations.

Student Affairs: Address student-related issues, including discipline, academic performance, and extracurricular activities, and support the holistic development of students.

Teacher Support: Provide guidance and support to teachers, including professional development, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative teaching environment.

Parent and Community Relations: Serve as a point of contact for parents and the community, addressing concerns, organizing meetings, and enhancing community engagement.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the school complies with CBSE regulations and standards, and manage reporting requirements, including student performance and institutional assessments.
