Job Description

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the project and market demands, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

3. Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and drive team accountability to achieve them.

4. Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

5. Build and retain a high-performing sales team by recruiting, training, and motivating top talent.

6. Establish clear KPIs for the sales team and regularly review performance to ensure results.

7. Take full ownership of sales operations for projects.

8. Collaborate with project stakeholders to align sales efforts with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

9. Monitor sales pipeline health, ensuring efficient progression from lead generation to deal closure.

10. Work closely with the Chief of Staff to identify new business opportunities and align sales strategies with organizational priorities.

11. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.

12. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to influence business decisions.

13. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

14. Act as a senior representative of the company, fostering trust and credibility in high-value negotiations.

15. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth sales experience.

16. Oversee the preparation of detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management.

17. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
