He has to oversee organizational activities and its productivity.

He has to illustrate overall budgets and goals for the higher authorities like directors and managers.

He has to co-ordinate and work with CEO to uphold companies policies, strategies and goals.

He has to make sure that good discipline and culture is maintained in an organization.

He must be able to execute projects and marketing activities.

He has to achieve measurable improvements in the organizational capabilities and effectiveness to perform against expanding workloads.

He must be able to build and manage teams comprised of professionals and management staff.

He should have good communications skills & Leadership skills

He should have good command over English languages.

Any Bachelor degree with 7 to 10 Years experience in IT Company.

Experience in IT Company will be added benefit.
