Enterprise sales support with legal agreement reviews and closures by working with external legal counsels

Design measures to monitor sales efficiency, targets and compensation
Budgeting and planning the entire P&L, preparing board presentations
Putting financial controls and processes across the board
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, business administration, finance, economics, statistics or related fields
13 to 16 years of experience in helping or leading accounting professionals, working with auditors and investor representatives in IT consulting, investment banking or SaaS organizations
Advanced skill-set for driving ERP implementations, CRM maintenance, transfer pricing exercises, statutory and tax audits (including hold on GAAP and IFRS)
Proficient in Excel and data visualization/analytics tools
Solid know-how of Enterprise SaaS products, KPIs and business model
Ability to multi task at a high degree with passion, strong initiatives and positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in client and investor meetings
Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
Strong organizational skills, working with multiple stakeholders/team members, judgment and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure
