Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement the organizations financial strategy to support business growth and profitability.

Work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and execute strategic plans and financial forecasts.

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Financial Management

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis to provide insights into the organizations financial performance.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital resources to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.

Optimize the company's capital structure and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.

Accounting and Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards (., GAAP, IFRS).

Oversee internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial records.

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and manage tax planning and compliance.

Risk Management
