We are seeking a Veterinary Officer to lead our veterinary team and provide expert care for our cattle. As a Veterinary Officer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing surgeries, and overseeing the health and well-being of our cattle, as well as monitoring and guiding Para le Health Management: Oversee the health and well-being of the cattle, including routine health checkups, disease prevention, and treatment of illnesses or injuries.
Herd Health Programs: Develop and implement herd health programs, vaccination schedules, and disease prevention strategies to ensure the overall health and productivity of the cattle.
Veterinary Care: Diagnose and treat cattle health issues, perform surgical procedures when necessary, and provide medical care to maintain the highest standard of health, provide necessary advice on all veterinary treatment advancement, best practices that are required from time to time.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to Para Veterinary assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duties and respond promptly to cattle emergencies, ensuring immediate medical attention when needed by the Para veterinarians.
Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of all the Para Veterinarians treatments, Emergency treatments. Should plan and prepare schedule to Para Veterinary Assistants for routine monitoring field visits to customers.
Accomplish other duties and tasks as required by the Senior Veterinarian & Management.
