Approve sampling and inspection of all incoming material , maintain their reports like incoming raw material report, incoming packing material report and other incoming material reports. if any problem in incoming material than reporting to the vender and return the material.

Approve in process production by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurements tests; communicating required adjustment to production supervisor.

QC inspection report.

Approves finished products by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurements tests; returning products for re-works; confirming re-works.

Responsible for biological indicator loaded in and maintain their consumption report.

Prepare sampling of finish product and maintain their retain sample register.

Prepare testing of finish product and maintain their physical report, chemical testing reports, media preparation &sterility testing report, pyrogen testing reports, LAL kit consumption report, toxicity testing report, mice food & health report, certificate of analysis and released order.

Responsible for other QC related report like calibration report of all lab instruments .

Prepare developing all product SOP and flow charts.

Responsible for developing all product work instruction, flow charts and arrange flow charts wise step in production.

Responsible for developing all QC SOP.

Make a format of all reports.

Responsible for developing company standard of finish product and in coming material. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste ; inputting data into quality database.

Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures ; complying with legal regulations.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunity; reading technical publications.
