Email Archival.

SMTP Journaling.

File Server Archiving (FSA).

Cluster / SQL experience.

Hands-on experience on Enterprise Vault (EV) / Exchange background.

Operations background – Ticket Management, Change Management.

Handled EV Severity 1 issues independently or as a team.

Interaction with customer/stakeholders - good communication skills.

Clearly communicates on technical issues.

Preferred candidate – Local from Mumbai location.

Outside candidates are also ok subject to re-locate to Mumbai client location.
