Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for Document Verification.

• Voice Process

• Actively calling to the respective concern for authenticating the documents.

• You should be committed to your work. And meet the giving targets.

• Engaging actively with the Database team to discuss on the open cases

• Working on deliverables within the given SLA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

• Good Microsoft Knowledge.

• Excellent Google Analytics.

• Excellent time Management skills.

• Excellent Team Management skills.

• Languages Known - English, Hindi and North / South Languages will be an added advantage.
