Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Verbal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language and literature, with proven success in tutoring or teaching students for standardized tests such as GMAT, GRE, CAT, and SAT. Your role will involve developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to help students improve their verbal reasoning skills and achieve their target scores.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update curriculum materials and lesson plans for verbal reasoning topics relevant to GMAT, GRE, CAT, and SAT.

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in-person and online, offering personalized instruction based on student needs.

Provide guidance on test-taking strategies, time management, and question-solving techniques.

Administer assessments, track student progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed to promote continuous improvement.

Enhance students language skills (reading comprehension, vocabulary, reasoning) through targeted exercises.

Offer feedback on practice tests and assignments, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications;

Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred).

Strong proficiency in English language, reading comprehension, and critical reasoning.

Experience teaching, tutoring, or coaching for GMAT, GRE, CAT, or SAT exams.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
