• Reach out to prospective vendors to introduce our platform and explain the benefits of partnership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand vendor requirements and ensure alignment with our platform capabilities.
• Guide vendors through the onboarding process, including account setup, product listing, and integration with our platform.
• Provide ongoing support to vendors, addressing any questions or concerns and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Monitor and track vendor performance metrics, including fulfillment rates, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of vendor partnerships to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to dropshipping and vendor management.
• Searching viral product from market, different portals etc.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• years of experience in vendor management, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful vendor onboarding and relationship management.
