Job Description: As a Vendor Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operations of our Medical Products Marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard and procure high-quality medical consumables and medical products from manufactureres and suppliers and ensure their seamless integration into our platform. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure efficient procurement processes and deliver exceptional service.

Job Title: Vendor Acquisition Manager - Ecommerce �� Healthcare Industry - Delhi

Responsibilities:

Supplier Onboarding:

�� Identify potential suppliers of medical products through market research, referrals, and industry contacts.

�� Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

�� Collaborate with the legal team to review and negotiate supplier contracts and agreements.

�� Conduct supplier audits to assess their manufacturing facilities and quality control processes.

�� Facilitate the supplier onboarding process, including documentation, product listings, and technical integrations.

Product Procurement:

�� Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, understanding their product offerings and capabilities.

�� Collaborate with internal teams to identify product needs and specifications based on customer requirements.

�� Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requesting quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders.

�� Monitor product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

�� Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange shipments and track the progress of orders.
