Position: Water Can Delivery Person (Bike)
Responsibilities:
Deliver water cans to customers in a timely and courteous manner, utilizing a bike for efficient transportation and adherence to delivery schedules.
Perform pre-delivery checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders, verifying quantities and product specifications against delivery manifests.
Utilize scanning technology on a mobile device to accurately record and track deliveries, ensuring real-time visibility of inventory levels and transaction records.
Handle cash transactions with customers, collecting payments and issuing receipts as per company policies and procedures.
Provide basic maintenance and cleaning of the delivery bike, ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with customers, representing the company in a positive and customer-focused manner.
Follow established safety protocols and traffic regulations while riding and operating the delivery bike, prioritizing personal safety and the safety of others.
Assist in loading and unloading water cans from the delivery bike as needed, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license for two-wheeler vehicles with a clean driving record.
Prior experience in delivery or customer service roles preferred.
Ability to effectively use scanning technology on a mobile device for recording deliveries and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Physical stamina and strength to handle lifting and carrying water cans while riding a bike.
Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods for efficient navigation.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
