JOB Description*
1. Participate in providing solutions for client engagements using current development tools and technologies on the Salesforce platform
2. Participate in code reviews, and follow Magnet360s best practices
3. Design, code, test, document, and deploy solutions
4. Follow and contribute to technical processes, coding standards, and guidelines
5. Participate in the enhancement of technical teams knowledge, through team meeting, events, and information sharing
6. Manage tasks across concurrent projects with professional status reporting, escalation, and process adherence.
7. Strong Pharma/Heath care domain Knowledge. Experience on Veeva CRM of at least 6+ Years is a must.
8. Experience working on client proposals.
9. Excellent Communication Skills, Should have prior experience working with US and EU clients.
Technical Expertise:
1. Understand technical and functional design requirements
2. Contribute to the team’s standards of development
3. Experience across development and cloud-based technologies including object-oriented languages, and the Salesforce technology stack (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL)
4. Veeva CRM configuration experience and Veeva CRM functional area
5. Perform configuration and customization tasks
6. Experience in a support role, providing L2 L3 support
7. Perform Code Review and Code Optimization effectively
8. Analyse the CRM Data and develop data migration plans from legacy systems into Veeva platform
9. Strong unit testing skills
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in a client facing role
11. Strong experience on Veeva Development includes Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, Batch Classes, Process builder and Flow design.
