Job Requirements

Technical Experience:

1. Hands-on experience in solution design, build and implementation of work product using Varicent and its modules such as Composer, Presenter Reports, Workflow Manager, Web Forms (C# or JavaScript), and other similar modules with the highest quality within defined timelines

2. Should have experience in developing flows using Varicent - Use Varicent ICM platform capabilities to Design, build, maintain, and extend data models.

3. Should have experience in pre-processing (either .NET or Python along with PL/SQL) for data processing before uploading to Varicent Cloud

4. Requirement analysis, plan and design system tables/components using techniques, such as structured analysis, and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the technology teams in the delivery of technical solutions/fixes.

• Guide the team with solution architecture and provide technology guidance to the implementation team throughout the life cycle of a project

• Bring value with expertise in the Sales Commission process, Workflow design and solutions using Varicent product

• Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) with inputs from business analysts and participate in creating high level estimate

• Create systems requirements document and participate in the design, development, and testing phases

• Do impact analysis, participate in high level design, create design specifications as per the high-level design, create unit test plans

• Work with interface teams for designing and developing APIs

• Develop and review Artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts, etc)

• Support the test validation activities (Functional, Integration, system, UAT) and fix/resolve reported defects within the agreed SLA

• Participate in retrospective meeting and work on continuous improvement to improve the delivery quality and timeline with defect reduction / automation / re-use artifacts
