Note :

Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories for Land and Building Assets/ Immovable Properties etc.

Designing valuation models for Asset Valuation.

Independently gathering data pertinent to the Assignment through direct client interaction and on site collection of data related to client assets.

Inspection of various assets including Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties/ assets etc.

Identify the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys.

Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner.

Preparation of Valuation Reports as per the report provided by Engineers and analyzing the all relevant facts as per Building Bye laws prevailing and applicable on the location.

Good Knowledge of Excel and MS office is very essential. All reports will be made in words and Excel.

Good Knowledge for preparation and presentation of Report for Business valuations .
