Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Valuation Report Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written English skills and be able to work collaboratively under the guidance of our architect. The role involves developing valuation reports, reviewing legal documents, and ensuring effective communication with clients and banks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed valuation reports under the guidance of our architect.

Review and analyze legal documents to determine the rightful owner of properties.

Communicate effectively via email with clients, banks, and internal teams.

Occasionally visit banks for meetings or inspections, typically 1-2 times a week.

Ensure all reports meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of valuations and correspondence.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field.

Strong proficiency in written English; excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with property valuation concepts and legal documentation is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and report writing software.
