Job brief

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the server-side of our web applications. UI/UX Designer responsible for creating the user interface for mobile apps, websites, or other interactive media that helps drive conversions based on the organization's goals.

Requirements

Candidates should have expertise in creating Website, Mobile app (iOS & Android) with keep in mind according to UX/UI and as per the market standard.

Good understanding of the process of UX.

Good command on softwares like, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator & Zipline.

HTML & CSS knowledge is plus point.

Fine-tuned attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.

Responsibilities

Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge

Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.

Stay up to date on the latest standards, changes and trends in the UI design field.

Develop user design best practices and templates

Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

Strong ability to communicate complicated concepts and bring clarity to stakeholders and team members.

High context switching ability, you will be working on multiple projects as time goes on.

The most important quality we seek is a strong inclination for - User Centric Design.
