Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Developer for a dynamic and innovative team. As a UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and front-end development will contribute to the success of our products and elevate the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate UX/UI concepts and solutions.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Create responsive designs that provide optimal user experiences across various devices and platforms.

Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end components.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and development.

Identify and address performance and usability issues, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience as a UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX/UI projects.

Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries (., React, Angular, ).

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
