As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing beautiful and compelling designs in collaboration with a team of product engineering and marketing professionals. This position provides the opportunity to stretch your design muscles across a diverse set of digital products with the challenge of creating a cohesive, simple, and clear connection between them all.

Responsibilities

Implement creative and highly usable solutions for websites, mobile, and web apps.

Champion great design by leveraging your expertise in design fundamentals such as layout, composition, type, and color.

Participate in design critiques and regularly present work to other designers and business stakeholders..

Required Job Skills

1+ years of visual design experience

Portfolio showcasing beautiful and effective websites and apps, and the ability to talk about what made these projects successful.

Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)

Experience creating mockups and prototypes using Figma/Sketch/Invision is preferable though not mandatory

Highly collaborative, proactive, and creative in both design and problem-solving.

Experience working with a team to establish reusable UI controls

Mastery of common visual design tools

Ability to design within the confines of Standards and Patterns

Experience working on/with a scrum team

Mobile and responsive design experience highly desired

Visual Design experience

Mastery of industry standards tools

Willingness to put your team first and contribute where necessary to get the job done

Enthusiastic and eager to continually learn and evolve skill sets.

Bonus Skills

Well versed in Responsive Web Design.

Proficient with HTML and CSS / SCSS, experience with Javascript, and modern web standards and best practices.

Experience in converting PSD to HTML.
