Job Description

we are Looking to Hire a Passionate Design Professional to Lead the Ui/ux Function for a Fast-growth Consumer Startup. this Person Would Be Responsible for Driving the User Experience and Give a Design Vision to the Product.

here’s What We’re Looking for (technical Skills)

• analyze User Interface Problems and Create Design Solutions that Meet Measurable Business Goals and Requirements

• create User-centered Designs By Considering Market Analysis, Customer Feedback, Technical Constraints/opportunities and Usability Findings

• work Closely with the Business Team to Develop User Scenarios, Storyboards, and High-level Requirements

• design the Ui Architecture, Interface, and Interaction Flows for On-device Software Applications for a Variety of Screen Sizes and Interaction Models

• create Process Flows, Wireframes, and Visual Design Mockups as Needed to Effectively Conceptualize and Communicate Detailed Interaction Behaviors

• develop and Maintain Detailed User-interface Specifications

• present Design Work to the User Experience Team, Product Team, and Executives for Review and Feedback

software Required:

• sketch

• adobe Photoshop

• adobe Illustrator

• interaction Design - Adobe After Effects or Principle,

• invision,

• marvel or Any other Software Used for Making Prototypes

must Haves:

• 4-5 Years of Experience

• prior B2c Experience Could Be Direct with a B2c Company or with a Ui/UX or Design Agency

• understanding of Ux Journey - Customer Life Cycle Mapping, User Research, User Experience Design

• experience with Ui Design - Web and Mobile

• experience with Visual and Graphic Design

• 30 Days or Less Notice Period.
