Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Executive - User Relationship to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our users. You will engage with them through calls, manage data effectively, and implement strategies to retain our user base.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach calls to users to gather feedback and address inquiries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date user data in our systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
