Technical Recruiter

· Sourcing potential candidates from Big Biller & Monster

· Forwarding resumes to Lead Recruiter for review

· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

· Ability to perform Boolean searches on various platforms

· Ability to work independently

· Post jobs from time to time

· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

· Understand the various interview formats (. phone, and other )

· Knowledge of sourcing techniques (. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

· Coordinate interviews with candidates

· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

· Good verbal and written communication skills
