Key Responsibilities:

�� Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

�� Job Description Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions and ensure alignment with company goals and workforce needs.

�� Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline.

�� Screening and Interviews: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

�� Candidate Experience: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
