Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goal.
Responsible to generate leads and create pipelines to bring in business.
Be a self-starter and pro-active
Identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
Maintain fruitful relationship with existing customers.
Research organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn, social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Generate business from existing customers.
Understand the business problem of customers and provide solution that enables a great business engagement with a realistic approach with an out of box thinking.
Work with team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
Listen attentively to prospective clients and customers' questions and provide answers that are insightful to encourage sale closure.
Highlight the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week.
Eligibility Criteria
Should Have minimum of 1 year of relevant experience within healthcare.
Ability to effectively research new markets and gather data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Able to build a network
Creative and problem-solver
Strong negotiation skills
