We are currently seeking Candidates for US Based Insurance Service Providing Companies back-end office staff, knowledge or experience in any the following fields are welcome to apply:

• Handling inbound customer service calls

• Processing inbound sales calls

• Taking inbound or placing outbound Documents collections calls

• Answering Computer based technical support inquires via incoming calls, chat or email, form filling data analysis.

• Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude

• Excellent data entry and internet navigation, surfing skills

• Clear, distinct oral and written English communication skills

• Must be detail oriented

• Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills
