Responsibilities:
• timely Review and Evaluation of Applicants Who have Applied Via the Applicant Tracking System (ats) and Moving Qualified Candidates to Next Stage
• maintain and Update Ats with Every Activity Happening On Jobs and Candidates
• screening Profiles in Ats, Creating and Maintaining Pipeline
• support the Recruiting Team Track the Candidates Progress Through the Pipeline
• preparing Periodic Reports On Jobs and Candidates
• post, Maintain and Update Accurate Job Descriptions
• ensure Job Boards and Postings Accurately Reflect Current Openings
• interview Scheduling and Coordination Which Require Interaction with Team in Us
• responsible for Editing and Formatting Resumes.
requirements:
• 1+ Years of Work Experience, Preferably in Technical Recruiting.
• excellent Communication Skills
• good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Linkedin, Google Sheets, Etc.
• bachelor’s Degree Required
• ability to Work in a Schedule that Allows Partial Overlap with Us Work Hours
