2 Plus Years of Experience Required
• Must have minimum 2+years of experience in all sort of Recruitment.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US with Contract/Full time placements.
• Develop action plans recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking • Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/ employment types and terms like W2, US websites.
Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT. etc.
Analyzing requirement from the clients accordingly identifying candidates on the basis of Pharma/Biotech/Medical Devices/Healthcare/CROS requirements.
• Strong in resume searching through traditional and non-traditional recruitment techniques.
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using various portals. Should have experience working with Health Care Direct Clients.
Interviewing (preliminary) the short listed candidates.
• Maintaining complete data base and tracker of incoming resumes. • Prime responsibility is sourcing suitable profiles of Pharma/Clinical professionals for multiple
