We have a position open for Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) Team Leader (US Healthcare Vertical)

Accountable for the service delivery and operational management of the sourcing and recruitment related activities of several clients / projects. Ensure the team is delivering all outcomes as specified in the Client/Stakeholder contracts and is meeting all continuous improvement initiatives. Lead and manage team to ensure high engagement, productivity and performance.

Location – Ahmadabad

Shift – US Shift between 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Shift - Night Shift

Week off - Saturday & Sunday

Salary – Best in the industry

Requirements –

• 2-4 years experience required in RPO As a SR position

• Candidate should belong from USA Healthcare recruitments

• Any 12th, graduate, post graduate.

• English should be very excellent.

• Able to deal with the clients based on US.

• Must have leadership qualities.

• Able to work from scratch
