As a Technical Recruiter at VSV Wins, you will play a crucial role in building our team with the best talent in the industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and execute the full recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and enthusiasm for the role.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing timely feedback and updates to candidates.
Offer Management: Assist in negotiating and extending job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment
Skills and Qualification Required:
Bachelor's degree required.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
