We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as US Recruiters for our night shift operations in Ahmedabad. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for positions based in the United States. Responsibilities:

Source candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, networking, and other channels.

Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.

Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.

Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment laws.

Qualifications:
