We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as US Recruiters for our night shift operations in Ahmedabad. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for positions based in the United States. Responsibilities:

�� Source candidates through online job portals, social media platforms, networking, and other channels.

�� Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.

�� Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.

�� Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.

�� Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

�� Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.

�� Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements as needed.

�� Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.

�� Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment laws.
