Job Role/Title - US Recruiter (Fresher - WORK FROM OFFICE)

Location – Brookfield, Bangalore

Shift - pm IST to 3430 am IST (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

· Sourcing and screening candidate profiles from various job portals.

· Cold calling, job posting.

· Salary Negotiation with the candidate

· Handling end to end recruitment

Eligibility :

· Any Bachelor's (Mechanical Engineering/ Engineering Degrees /BPharm OR Pharmacy OR Chemistry OR Biotechnology OR Biology OR Microbiology) with excellent English communication.

· Anyone with bachelor’s degree and from customer care/ call center/customer support background

· General idea/knowledge of recruitment
