This position is for someone who would be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing qualified candidates for various technical roles for US locations.

Role and Responsibilities
Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals
Review job requirements, Interview job applicants online to source the best talent at right time.
Format active job descriptions to meet internal standards.
Schedule interviews and provide responsive feedback and closure for candidates in process.
Experience in recruiting for a State account is a plus.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree (graduate)
Having 3-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in US Technology (IT) Recruitment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to suit US standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
Good knowledge of US locations and US Employment/Contract terms
Comfortable in working in US time zones
Ability to learn quickly, establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
