Requirement:

Pass out 2020 & 2021 pass out

Self-starter with great interpersonal & creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60%.

Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling IT Requirements on W2 from US-based clients.

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation, and Closed Candidates for Assigned Requisitions.

Sourcing from all major Job Portals - Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs, etc

Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H positions.

Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs.

Research into Clients Company.

Research into competitors and the marketplace.

Build long-term client relationships.
