Job Title: Technical Recruiter, US Staffing (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT requirements for US-based clients, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates/consultants.
Analyze client requirements to understand IT resource needs and provide effective solutions.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including company databases, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Edit and format resumes for consistency, ensuring they meet visual and technical standards before submission to clients.
Build and maintain strong candidate and vendor relations, providing regular updates on submission progress.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, closures, paperwork, and onboarding.

Work Timings:
US CST Hours: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday) - 5 days working
Saturday & Sunday are fixed weeks off.
