We are seeking a Senior US Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in the US staffing industry, capable of working remotely and efficiently. The recruiter will identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent for our US-based clients while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

o Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions across various industries, including IT, engineering, and other technology-driven domains.

o Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking platforms, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

o Collaborate with US clients to understand job requirements, technical skill sets, and company culture.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.

3. Candidate Relationship Management

o Conduct detailed screening interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

o Provide candidates with a positive recruitment experience by maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations.

4. Recruitment Processes & Coordination

o Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates across different time zones.

o Assist in negotiating compensation packages and managing the offer process.

5. Market Research & Strategic Sourcing

o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to guide recruitment strategies.
