We are currently seeking a talented and motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen potential candidates from various online channels (., social media platforms, job boards, professional networks) to build a strong bench of IT professionals.

Maintain and cultivate relationships with consultants on the bench to ensure their availability for upcoming projects.

Utilize effective sales strategies to place consultants on projects with our clients.

Negotiate terms and rates for contract placements with consultants and clients.

Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements and align consultant profiles accordingly.

Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to anticipate staffing needs and opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consultant profiles, client interactions, and placements.
