WHAT DO YOU DO:

Source Resumes from Various sources for IT Positions across US National

Using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Crafting and sending recruiting emails.

Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (. LinkedIn, Slack, Various Job portals and Github)

Identify qualified candidate using various sourcing techniques (. Boolean search)

Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks

Promote our employer brand online and offline

Maintain candidate databases (. via our Applicant Tracking System)

Identify Hiring needs from social media platforms like LinkedIn etc

Help CEO & VP in coordination of Business development activities

Maintain reporting

Requirements

Are local to Hyderabad, India and comfortable working from our Hitech city, Hyderbad Office location?

Are you open to Work in Night Shifts? (7 PM - 5 AM IST)

Have 6 Months to 2 years of successful US IT Recruitment Sourcing experience.

Have experience sourcing candidates via Linkedin, Job Portals and other platforms

Have experience in identifying job requirements from hiring managers via various sources
