Position: US IT Sales – Staffing & Product Sales

Job Description:
Drive sales for both IT staffing services and software products in the US market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions or product offerings.
Collaborate with the recruitment team for talent delivery and with the product team to align solutions with customer needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Present product demos, negotiate pricing, and close deals with decision-makers.
Stay updated on US staffing processes, visa types (OPT,H1B, GC, USC), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product features, benefits, and differentiators.
Prepare sales reports, track targets, and maintain CRM documentation.
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in US IT sales, staffing, or SaaS/product sales (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sales independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
Willingness to work during US time zones (EST/PST) required.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of IT tools and terminology.
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
