Job Description:
IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, negotiating and closing candidates to full-fill current and forecasted requirements.
Need to use your interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with consultants for finding top talent in the IT Industry specifically in various IT technologies.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network and knowledge - base to identify qualified candidates
· Post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool.
· Maintain relationships with consultants and build new candidate leads.
· Must be strong on effective utilization of available job boards.
· Expertise in sourcing profiles across various Technology skills.
· Ability to handle multiple requirements.
· CV screening and shortlisting before sending it to the AM
· Good Exposure in Sourcing W2, Corp-2-Corp 1099 profiles
· Excellence in searching tools (Dice, Techfetch, Career builder, Monster, Professional Networking Sites, Groups or any etc.).
· Experience in working with Direct Clients, Tier-I Vendors, Implementation Partners etc. Constantly building pipeline and updating internal database
Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors
Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the candidate gets on boarded.
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Education
UG : in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers, Other Graduate, /. in Any Specialization
