Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with . Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
Proven successful sales record in the Staffing industry.
Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
To understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
Requirements
Any Degree with relevant experience in US IT Recruiting.
In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
Strong understanding of technical requirements.
Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
