Job description:
Responsible for handling requirements from US-based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn, making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.:-
Must have prior experience of US Staffing
Must have prior experience working on W2 requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements :
Prior experience in the IT Consulting / Staffing and Recruitment Industry is preferred
Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced environment.
Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
Required: -
Should have Good Exposure working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners as well.
Should be well aware of Tax terms and US Visa's
Should have good communication skills.
Should have at least 3+ Year of Relevant Experience in that particular domain.
