Responsibilities and Duties
Must be able to cater to 3-4 requirements a day.
Must be able to submit atleast 2 qualified submissions per requirement.
Must be able to make submissions within 60 minutes of requirement allocated.
Must talk to candidates in-depth about qualification, interest and genuineness.
Must be able to identify skill based sub-vendors and start building relationship with them.
Adhere to the organization system JobDiva, Process Compliances, Email format, Job Posting Format, etc.
Must meet client defined SLA’s (TAT, Quality, Submission format etc.).
Generate References for Hard-To-Find or Ongoing skills/Demands from the pipeline and placed candidates.
Responsiveness: Providing feedback and respond to every candidate query who has shown interest in our open demands.
Share market Insight/Intelligence related to the shared job with his respective Account/Delivery Manager.
Posting requisitions over the Applicant Tracking System (Jobdiva) and Job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed etc.)
Understanding of labor compliances like EEOC, FCRA, Immigration etc.
In-depth knowledge of US employment tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099 etc.
