Job Summary:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Etc).
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
Weekly meetings with status update, discuss requirements to be worked as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.
Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills with a complete understanding of the Recruitment process.
Proven work experience as IT / Non IT Recruiter
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a faced paced environment
