US IT Recruiter is required to source potential candidates from various databases, portals, job boards and social media platforms. US IT Recruiter should be able to screen resumes, perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities and should be able to get the authentication done by getting the required documents from the candidate or vendor. The US IT recruiter should be able to negotiate pay rates and terms with US Citizen, Green Card Holder candidates and vendors for H1-B candidates. The US IT recruiter should be able to manage the full cycle of recruitment cycle, right from Job posting to on-boarding.
Roles and Responsibilities
Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors
Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their skill sets.
Sourcing, Searching, Identifying consultants using job boards like Monster and Internal Database.
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
Responsible for posting jobs on Monster, Dice and other job posting websites
Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the candidate gets on boarded.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of Experience in US IT Recruiter
Excellent sourcing skills
Research and innovate on new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Should have negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp-to-Corp, W2,1099 etc.
