Position : US IT Recruiter

Total Experience : 1-4 years

Shift : 8 pm to 5 am.

Role and responsibilities :-

• We require-

o Excellent communication skills.

o 0-5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, LinkedIn, Bull horn etc.)

o Posting requisitions over the Applicant Tracking System (Jobdiva) and Job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed etc.)

In-depth knowledge of US employment tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099 etc.

Good to have:

Should have a good understanding of negotiating contracts.

Should be process, goal and result oriented.
