End-to-end recruitment, searching resumes through internal databases, references and external entities like Boolean searches, Mass Mailing through job boards, Job Posting, LinkedIn searches.
Review, Reformat and present resumes to hiring managers/leads.
Closely work with business Managers to identify and manage job requirements and develop an effective recruitment / sourcing model
Conduct special recruiting initiatives and instill best practices of recruitment methodologies
Create a healthy pipeline of candidates thru tools and methodologies to attract talent in a proactive manner
Assessment of candidates establishing quality model of talent acquisition
Efficient in time management and adherence to timelines
Responsible for tracking the offered Candidates until Joins the Organization.
Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at the company.
Should have good convincing and negotiable skill
Coordinating the interviews of candidates with the client, scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates for the Interview.
Maintaining the Trackers Reports of the Candidate
Offer Generation, Documentation for selected candidates, HR Generalist Activities.
Should have good oral and written communication skills
Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
Strong team player, pro-active and aggressive in closing the requirements.
