o Requirement Analysis
o Market Scoping/mapping
o Sourcing to On-Boarding
o Vendor Management (MSP)
o Referral Management
o Employer Branding
o Source and recruit qualified IT professionals utilizing various tools, such as internal databases, social media, advanced internet search, referral networks, networking opportunities, internet job boards, etc.
o Contribute in capturing top IT talent for enterprise clients
o Ability to understand and capture client specific requirements
o Maintain communications with prospective/working consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and develop business relationships
o Work efficiently with sourcing Channels, developing best win-strategies to accomplish fulfillment goals
o Learn technology concepts quickly, relate directly to client needs and use as a template for sourcing or recruiting the perfect consultant match
o Develop themselves and others in an ever-changing technological environment
o Be self-motivated to learn and improve on a daily basis, have strong internal drive for achievement and success
o Provide industry best client service in a sales-oriented business development setting
o Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for client presentation, scheduling of interviews, closing of candidate and job offer negotiations including terms of employment
o Establish and maintain relationships with consultant to maintain talent pool.
o Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
