Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Establishes contacts with candidates and prospective vendors
2. Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
3. Sourcing, Searching, and Identifying consultants using job boards like Dice, Monster, and Internal Database.
4. Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
5. Responsible for posting jobs on Monster, Dice, and other job posting websites
6. co-ordinates interviews and handed in the end-end process till the offer had been rolled.
7. Relevancy with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
8. Must be able to negotiate with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp-to-Corp, W2,1099, etc.
9. Must be able to do salary negotiations, closing the candidates, and till the applicant gets onboarded
Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum 1 year of Experience in technical talent acquisition or a fresher is preferred.
2. Excellent sourcing skills
3. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
4. Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and negotiation skills
