Job description

• Excellent communication versed with all kind of US Visa and Tax terms (W2,1099 and C2C).

• Responsible for End to End recruitment.

• Recruiting consultants on Corp 2 Corp, 1099 Basis for Contract, Contract to Hire and Full-time positions.

• Sourcing the relevant profiles Line up and screen from the various job portals as per the requirements.

• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.

• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.

• Conduct initial screenings, reference checks negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.

• Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.

• Experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment/ 1-5 years is an added advantage.
